We love our office floors! The mixed color Coretec flooring looks so good. Pictures don’t really do it justice.

DO NOT hesitate to hire The Floor 4U as your flooring contractor. I have had 47 years of experience working with contractors while I was in the housing business and The Floor 4U rates as one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. From start to finish they are professional. The office staff and floor measurer that was sent out aimed to please me. They answered all of my questions and concerns. The most important part of this project were the floor installers. They are truly perfectionists.

From initial estimate to final installation this company exceeded my expectations. Matt and his crew arrived on time as scheduled and completed the work earlier than planned. The end result was beautiful flooring that now makes my condo look so much larger! Great communication throughout and extremely professional. Would definitely use this company again for other work!

This company proved to me that they wanted my business and treated me accordingly: with respect and professionalism. He measured, brought in samples, and answered all our questions. He generated the estimate while still in our home and even asked if we felt it was competitive. After other estimates, we felt it was competitive and also felt comfortable with the kind of service we were already receiving. As far as installation, Matt Pehr (the owner of the company) came right on time and finished installing by early afternoon. He does the floors himself because it seems to matter that the service meets his high standard of excellence.

We used this business 5 years ago and had a problem with LVT separating. They diligently worked with us and the manufacturer and got us a new floor when it was determined ours was defective. We had no hesitation going to them again when we wanted to have more Coretec LVT and carpet installed and we’re VERY happy with both the material and installation!
