White Oak Floor Refinishing in Frankfort, IL

This project involved sanding down the existing white oak flooring throughout the main living area, correcting uneven wear patterns, removing the outdated finish, and applying a new custom stain and matte protective coat.

The original floor had heavy traffic wear, visible scratches near the entry, and inconsistent color from older spot repairs. The client wanted a more modern finish without replacing the existing hardwood.
