Hardwood Floor Refinishing
Project Scope
This project involved sanding down the existing white oak flooring throughout the main living area, correcting uneven wear patterns, removing the outdated finish, and applying a new custom stain and matte protective coat.
This project was completed in Frankfort.
The Challenge
The original floor had heavy traffic wear, visible scratches near the entry, and inconsistent color from older spot repairs. The client wanted a more modern finish without replacing the existing hardwood.
The Result
The refinished floor now has a more even tone, cleaner grain definition, and a durable low-sheen finish that better fits the home’s updated interior. The final result preserved the original hardwood while making the space feel brighter and more current.
