The Floor 4U does not accept returns or exchanges on any products or services.
This policy exists because we specialize in custom flooring, cabinet, and countertop installation services that are specifically measured, cut, and installed for each individual project in Mokena, IL and surrounding Chicago suburbs.
Why We Don't Accept Returns
Our business model is based on providing custom installation services that include:
- Custom-measured flooring: All flooring materials are precisely measured and cut for your specific space
- Professional installation services: Our installation work cannot be "returned" once completed
- Custom cabinet installation: Cabinets are fitted and installed specifically for your kitchen or bathroom layout
- Countertop installation: Countertops are cut to exact specifications for your space
- Specialized materials: Many flooring products lose their resale value once removed from packaging or installed
