Your Mokena Kitchen, Remodeled by One Local Crew
Why a Kitchen Remodel Pays Off
A kitchen remodel is the single highest-impact renovation you can make to your home, both for daily quality of life and for resale value. According to Remodeling Magazine’s Cost vs. Value report, even a midrange kitchen remodel recoups 60-85% of its cost at resale, and it’s consistently the room buyers spend the most time evaluating during showings. In a Mokena home, where the kitchen tends to be where family life actually happens, that return is even easier to feel.
But the value isn’t only financial. The kitchen is where your family starts and ends every day. The right layout, lighting, storage, and surfaces don’t just look better. They make every meal, every conversation, and every Saturday with the neighbors easier. A well-planned remodel turns the most-used room in your house into the one you actually want to spend time in.
We’ve helped hundreds of your neighbors across Mokena, Frankfort, Tinley Park, New Lenox, and Orland Park remodel their kitchens. Some refresh one element at a time. Others gut and rebuild. Either way, our advantage is that we handle every trade ourselves. No juggling four different subcontractors. No “the cabinet guy didn’t leave the wall ready for the tile guy.” One crew. One quote. One schedule.

What’s Included in a Floor 4U Kitchen Remodel
A Floor 4U kitchen remodel can be as small as a single surface swap or as comprehensive as a full gut. Every project is custom-scoped, and the services below are what we handle in-house. Pick the ones that fit your kitchen and your budget, and stop by our Willow Lane showroom whenever you’re ready to see them in person.
Flooring. Hardwood, engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, Coretec, tile, and carpet. The right floor sets the tone for the whole kitchen and is the foundation everything else sits on.
Cabinet installation. From a refresh-and-reface to complete custom cabinetry. We carry styles to fit traditional, transitional, and modern Mokena-area kitchens.
Countertops. Quartz, granite, marble, butcher block, and solid surface. Templated and fabricated locally, installed with seamless seams.
Tile backsplash. Subway, mosaic, large-format porcelain, natural stone, and specialty patterns. The finishing touch that ties the room together.
Layout and design consultation. We’ll review your existing layout, point out quick wins (storage, lighting, traffic flow), and propose the changes that pay back the most for what you spend.
Project management. One local point of contact, one schedule, one final invoice. We sequence the trades so your kitchen comes back online on the date we promised.
